I’m Adriana Pacheco Graham, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) based in Ontario. For over a decade, I’ve walked alongside individuals and families through trauma, grief, and deep emotional transitions.

My work is shaped not just by training, but by lived experience — as a woman, mother, immigrant, and lifelong advocate for emotional well-being.
