Our Vision

To offer a therapeutic space where clients feel safe and supported throughout their journey towards their goals.

Our Mission

To support adults processing trauma, transitions, and emotional challenges with client-centered, trauma-informed, body-based care grounded in human connection.

Modalities I Work With

Evidence-based, trauma-informed therapy rooted in mind-body healing.

Each session is shaped by you – your story, your pace.
Our work brings together trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches that honor your unique experiences, needs, and goals. Grounded in Somatic Experiencing™ and EMDR, my practice is further supported by the following modalities:
Therapy sessions may include talk, body awareness and breathing exercises, movement, or other techniques to support emotional regulation and processing.
Healing begins in connection – with yourself, your body, and your story.
Each session is an invitation to slow down, and gently focus on what matters most.

ABOUT THE THERAPIST

Meet Adriana

Boas vindas! Welcome!
I’m Adriana Pacheco Graham, a Registered Psychotherapist based in Ontario. For over a decade, I’ve walked alongside individuals going through deeply emotional experiences.

My work is shaped not just by training, but by lived experience — as an immigrant woman, and lifelong advocate for emotional well-being and human’s rights.

In therapy with me, you’re invited to just be yourself each time.
